This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all SMOKE subscriptions purchased through this website. If you use the service, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t like the terms, cancel—or don’t subscribe in the first place.

1. Monthly Billing – You’re In Control

All SMOKE monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. No contracts. No tricks. No lifetime commitments like a gym membership you'll never use.

Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.

2. Monthly Refunds – Short Version: There Aren’t Any

Once your monthly billing cycle starts, there are no refunds. Not partial. Not prorated. Not “but I forgot.”

Cybersecurity isn’t a pair of shoes you can return after wearing. Once the month starts, SMOKE begins monitoring vendors, apps, domains, and supply-chain intelligence immediately. You can’t “return” that.

3. Annual Billing – The Grown-Up Option

Annual subscriptions are available for customers who prefer simplicity and cost stability.

If you choose annual billing, you get a full year of protection — and we commit resources for that full year the moment you activate it.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds – 7-Day Cooling-Off Window

Annual plans include a 7-day “changed-my-mind” window. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you get a full refund. No drama.

After 7 days, there are no refunds for the remainder of the annual term, because:

  • Vendor intelligence and monitoring are allocated immediately
  • Costs are front-loaded
  • Threat feeds and resources cannot be “un-used”
  • Cyber protection is not a product you can “send back”

Want to test us first? Use the monthly plan. Ready to commit? Use annual. But after the first week, that year is yours.

5. No Partial or Prorated Refunds

Whether monthly or annual, we do not offer:

• Partial refunds
• Prorated refunds
• Refunds for unused time
• Refunds because “I forgot to cancel”

The billing cycle you paid for runs its full course.

6. Billing Errors

If we make a billing mistake (rare), email us at invisiq@proton.me. We’ll fix it immediately.

If you entered the wrong info, forgot to cancel, or ignored your receipts, that is not a billing error.

7. How to Cancel

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No retroactive cancellations or refunds.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a valid charge doesn’t get you a refund — it starts a fight you won’t win.

We maintain:

  • Service delivery logs
  • Alert histories
  • Breach-intel feed allocations
  • Timestamps proving usage

These are accepted by banks and processors as proof of service. Contact us first — we respond fast and resolve issues human-to-human.

9. Promo or Founders Pricing

If you lock in promotional or Founders pricing, congratulations — it remains yours as long as you maintain an active subscription.

If you cancel or miss a renewal, the promotional rate is gone forever. That’s how promotions work.

10. Final Word

We keep this simple:

  • No contracts
  • No hidden fees
  • No surprise renewals
  • No dark patterns
  • No shady refund rules

But also:

  • No refunds once the cycle starts
  • No partial annual refunds after 7 days
  • No exceptions because someone “forgot”
  • No returning cybersecurity once delivered

If you’re unsure, start monthly. If you’re ready to commit, choose annual. Either way — we protect you from the threats you’ll never see coming.
