Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applies to all digital marketing services, AI image sets, creative deliverables, retainers, and subscriptions sold by INVISIQ GLOBAL.
- No-Refund Standard: All payments are final once work has begun or any digital asset has been delivered.
- 24-Hour Grace Period: 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours and no work started.
- Tiered Option (if applicable):
- 0–24 hours & no work started → 100 % refund
- After draft shared → up to 50 % refund
- After final delivery → 0 %
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before renewal. Prior payments non-refundable.
- Dispute Window: 7 days from delivery to raise concerns.
- Unused Retainers: 14 days from payment if nothing started.
- Refund Method: Original payment method, 5–10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Creative hours, AI image generation, prompt engineering, consultations, ad spend, stock assets, or any delivered digital goods.
- Cancellation: Allowed anytime; work already begun is non-refundable.
All payments for digital services and AI-generated content are final once work has commenced or deliverables provided. Subscription cancellations stop future billing only.
AI-Generated Creative Policy
- All visuals follow client-approved creative briefs specifying subject, tone, color, and composition.
- Prompts are structured for clarity: subject → environment → lighting → style → output size.
- Multiple variations are produced; final selections delivered per approval.
- Post-processing includes retouch, color balance, and upscale to required resolution.
- Outputs align with client brand kits and requested formats.
Definitions
- Draft: Any preview or proof sent for review.
- Final Delivery: Approved high-resolution assets supplied via download or link.
- Subscription: Recurring service billed per cycle until canceled.
